‘Saturday Night Live’ pokes fun at Will Smith’s slap at the Oscars

Almost a week after Will Smith’s infamous slap at the Oscars, “Saturday Night Live” went to work on making fun of the incident.

The sketch comedy show’s April 2 episode (featuring comedian/actor Jerrod Carmichael as host and rapper Gunna as musical guest) tackled Will Smith now-infamously slapping Chris Rock onstage at the Oscars again and again (and again) throughout the show, from the cold open and opening monologue to “Weekend Update” and a parody sketch.
